Terms of Service
These terms govern the Seriala web service operated by JS Market.
1. Use of the service
Seriala provides a web service for discovering and reading serial stories and translated content.
You must not disrupt normal operation or bypass security features.
2. Stories and intellectual property
Rights in stories, translations, design, editorial material and other content belong to JS Market or lawful rights holders.
Beyond personal reading, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, build datasets from, or collect content in bulk without permission.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Infringing copyright, privacy or other rights.
- Transmitting unlawful information, malicious code, spam or deceptive material.
- Disrupting the service or bypassing security.
- Unauthorized automated bulk collection.
- Misrepresenting the source or rights status of Seriala or its content.
4. Content and service operation
Seriala may correct content or restrict availability when required by law, a rights complaint or operational necessity.
Publication status, translations, episode structure and features may change.
5. Service changes and responsibility
Seriala may change or temporarily suspend the service for improvements, maintenance or unavoidable circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, Seriala does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose.
6. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved matters follow applicable procedures and jurisdiction.
