1. Information we process

Seriala currently does not provide account registration for general users.

• Correspondence: your email address and message when you contact us.
• Automatically generated information: providers may process access time, IP address, browser and device information, error logs and security records.
• Information stored on your device: language settings and reading progress may be stored in localStorage. They are not currently stored on our servers as general member information.

2. Purposes

We may process information to provide the service, maintain your experience, answer inquiries, prevent abuse and threats, investigate errors, improve stability and meet legal obligations.

3. Retention and deletion

Information in email inquiries may be kept as needed for handling and follow-up, then deleted unless law or a legitimate reason requires retention.

Technical records may be retained for a limited period under provider policies and security needs.

You can remove localStorage data by deleting your browser’s stored data.

4. Service providers and international processing

Seriala uses providers including Supabase and Vercel. Information may be processed abroad depending on server locations and is protected under provider contracts, privacy policies and applicable law.

5. Advertising, cookies and similar technologies

Seriala currently may use browser storage to remember language selection and reading progress.

If services such as Google AdSense are introduced, Google and third parties may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar information to serve, measure or personalize ads.

Where required by law, we will obtain necessary consent before using these technologies.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or other rights recognized by applicable law. We may request the minimum information required to verify your identity.

7. Children’s information

Seriala does not operate a member service that collects personal information from children under 14. If we learn it was collected without guardian consent, we will take appropriate action.

8. Safeguards and changes

We use reasonable safeguards including access controls, encrypted communications and provider security features. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
