Terms of Service

1. Service and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not transfer an account or bypass service security.

2. Stories and intellectual property

Rights in Seriala stories, translations, design and editorial material belong to Seriala or their respective owners. Except for personal reading, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape or use them to build a dataset without permission.

3. User content

You keep ownership of reviews and comments you submit. You grant Seriala a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, display and format that content as needed to operate and protect the service. Only submit material you have the right to share.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Infringing copyright, privacy or other rights.
• Posting hate, threats, harassment, unlawful material, explicit sexual content, spam or deceptive promotion.
• Disrupting the service, stealing accounts, bulk scraping or bypassing security.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated material as human-authored or transforming material you do not have the right to use.

5. Moderation

We may review reports, hide or remove material that violates these terms or law, and restrict or close accounts for serious or repeated violations.

6. Changes and responsibility

The service may change or pause for improvements, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, Seriala does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item of content will suit a particular purpose.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes follow applicable jurisdiction rules. Contact operator Seongmin Yoo at martin2kr@gmail.com.
